  • Please ensure you arrive at Winter Park Journey Through Time Visitor Centre between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm with your e-tickets and Tawakkalna app status.

  • Guests should carry a valid ID.

  • We will have a direct shuttle transfer every 15 minutes to Maraya from Winter Park.

  • We recommend you arrive before 7:00 pm to ensure you can enjoy the pre-concert reception of welcome drinks and a selection of canapes.

  • Recommended attire will be Smart Casual.

  • The minimum age restriction is 12 years old. Please note that if you bring a child under this age, they will not be allowed entry.

  • Please do not go to Maraya directly, as you will be asked to return to Winter Park.



PLATINUM TICKETS

  • Doors open to the concert at 8:00 PM and close at 8:15 PM

  • Please arrive directly at Maraya and drop your car at the valet parking desk.

  • E-tickets and Tawakkalna app status will be checked at the security gate. Platinum guests are invited to arrive at 7:00 pm to enjoy the reception of welcome drinks and a selection of canapes at the preconcert receiption and served also at you seat.

  • Guests should carry a valid ID

  • Recommended attire will be Smart Casual
