DAY 2: Baku City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
Afterwards, we venture into Baku’s Old City to take in all the history of Icherisheher. The crenellated walls of this fortressed ancient town shelter several archaeological excavations of burial vaults from the Bronze Age, along with mosques, bath-houses, minarets and monuments from the Middle Ages, such as the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Multani and Bukhara Caravanserai. We’ll then carry on to Nizami Street and pass by the Fountain Square and Park Boulevard Mall for a spot of shopping, before heading to the Upland Park and taking in the beautiful panoramic views of the city. From there, we’ll head to the architectural marvel that is the Baku Flame Towers, to gaze at the modern design, and mirrored, LED-covered façade, before making our way to the beautiful Heydar Aliyev Center. Designed by Zaha Hadid, the complex houses a museum, a gallery and a conference hall, and plays an integral role in the intellectual life of the city.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3: Absheron Tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
Afterwards, we set off on tour of fire and flame through the Absheron Peninsula. Our first stop is the aptly named Yanardag, meaning “burning mountain” in the local Azeri language, a fiery hillside that is constantly ablaze due to underground gas pockets surfacing and igniting. After witnessing this unique natural phenomenon, we’ll head to the mystical Zoroastrian Fire Temple of Baku, Ateshgah, built over three centuries ago by Indian fire worshipers, before ending the tour on a shopping note, with a visit to the Ganjlik Mall.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4: Departure
Breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed to airport for departure.
